We did gueridon today.. like crepes flambe with cognac.. I'm qt thankful that hotel school isn't all about theory. Though when the theory exam for all these comes, i'll have to lock myself in my room for nights.
Then we had cheese class! Got to try all, with crackers , celery, ciabatta, grapes & apricots.
Blue cheese = /puke innards.
Blue cheese + Celery stick = /KO
It's gonna be 12 weeks till i go back to melbourne again. Where i'm gonna stay for the next half of the year. Till then..
It's gonna be Adelaide. and school. Wine, bartending, cheese & french food. Actually, it's not so bad after all hey..
